Brittney J. Kohler
I am passionate about helping people, especially when it relates to the burdens of debt and getting a fresh financial start. I began specializing in bankruptcy in 2014. Unfortunately, the word bankruptcy still has a stigma and many myths circulating about it. When in reality, it has helped millions of people and may be the exact relief you need.
Monticello is my hometown and where I graduated high school. I obtained my undergraduate degree at Winona State University in 2013 and then attended law school at St. Mary’s University School of Law in San Antonio, Texas. I graduated from St. Mary’s in 2016 and was admitted to the Minnesota State Bar in May of 2017. I am admitted to practice in the State of Minnesota District Court and the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota.
When I am not practicing law, I enjoy spending time with my family. Currently, the majority of my free time is spent chasing my toddler around, but I also enjoy photography and crafting.
